WHEN WILL I GET MY ORDER?
Most orders print and ship from San Diego in 4-6 Business Days. Transit time is anywhere from 1-5 days, dependent on your distance from our warehouse. We ship UPS, so no PO Boxes please. Contact our support team at the info above if you need us to bend the rules.
WHAT KIND OF PRINTS ARE THESE?
Our posters are all 12" x 18", 4-Color Digital Prints on 10pt Coated Stock.
ARE THE POSTERS LIMITED EDITION OR SIGNED?
Nope. Our Artist’s goal is to get as many of these posters out in the world as possible so we can make a difference.
DO YOU PROVIDE FRAMES FOR THE POSTERS?
Yes, get them here. A local framer has partnered with us to provide stylish custom black frames and mats created especially for Erase Covid posters. Just add a Frame product to your order for maximum coolness. Please note, that while posters come in packs of 10, the frame is in a qty of 1. You may have to do some math.
HOW DO YOU SHIP THE POSTERS?
We ship UPS, with love, in flat packaging (not in tubes).
YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?
Yep, everything but custom postcards can be shipped anywhere in the world. Free shipping only applies to orders within the US though. International shipping is added at checkout.
YOU ONLY SHIP POSTCARDS TO THE US? WHAT GIVES?
We are looking into international shipping options. It's in the plans. We just wanted to launch something simple. So much for that.
CAN I JUST ORDER 1 POSTER?
Sure, you can order one poster, but you’ll also get nine free posters as our gift to you. We hope that you share with friends or post around your neighborhood or place of business (while adhering to any shelter in place ordinances, of course).
WHAT IF MY ORDER WAS DELIVERED DAMAGED OR MESSED UP?
No worries, we have you covered. Just take a digital photo of your damaged product and the shipping container it arrived in (if damaged) and email us at firstname.lastname@example.org. We’ll replace any damaged product.
WHAT’S YOUR RETURN POLICY?
We hope we’ve done a great job setting expectations and providing quality products. If not, we’re a company that makes things right. If you’re unhappy with your order, please email us within 7 days of receipt, and return your product to the address below. We will refund your order within 48 hours of receipt.
